Geet Maurya

Geet Maurya, FSA, FRM, is Head of Actuarial Strategy - India at the Society of Actuaries (SOA), with more than 15 years of experience across actuarial science, risk management, pricing, reserving, and model validation in general insurance. A Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a certified Financial Risk Manager, he has worked with organisations including Chubb, AIG, ICICI Lombard, and Inductis. An IIT Kharagpur alumnus with a background in Mathematics and Computing, he actively contributes to actuarial education, student outreach, and industry engagement.
